Terms of Service — Calculatrice

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Calculatrice mobile application (via direct APK distribution) or desktop application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use a copy of Calculatrice on your personal devices solely for your academic, educational, or professional computations.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the binary builds without authorization.
Distributing modified, repackaged, or infected versions of the APK or desktop installation packages.
Using the app's engine inside automated bots or malicious scripts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Calculatrice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy for mathematical engine computations, suitability for academic research projects, or error-free rendering of graph wave simulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calculatrice developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from errors in mathematical calculations, variable storage failures, or your inability to access or use the application correctly.
